ContestsThe Area of Culture of the Department of Culture and Social Affairs of Universidad de Zaragoza, with the collaboration of CineMaremagnum, announce the XVI Videominute International Contest with the purpose of stimulating creation in the domain of video-creation and animation.
The contest is open to videocreators of all nationalities with no age restrictions, individually or in group. Each competitor can submit from 1 to 5 works with the main characteristic that each work presented must last a maximum of 1 minute (60 seconds) including credits. Works already presented in former editions of the contest as well as those lasting more than one minute will be discarded. Works must have been never awarded a prize in other competitions.
The subject of the works is free, and both fiction and animation works can be submitted.
IMPORTANT: All those works presented in a language different from Spanish, must be subtitled in Spanish or in English.
The submission of Videominutes must be done only through the online application available here until April 3rd, 2017.
The best 25 works, as a maximum, will be selected to pass to the final and this condition of finalist will be communicated to the respective authors.
The winners will be awarded with a diploma and the following prizes:

ContestsMorpheus Prize: A remote challenge
Students will have to send a 10 pages Powerpoint (maximum), written in English, in order to present a creative idea or a project through one or several of the following categories: FinTech, Artifical Intelligence, Healthcare, Retail, Coding, Design, Space, Telecom, Mobility. To participate, a candidate can register individually or with a team (3 people maximum) on the website and submit a project by sending an e-mail to franck.bordin@morpheuscup.com before March 1st, 2017.
Morpheus Cup: A day of challenges in Luxembourg

BEST PERFORMERS CHALLENGES - Students are divided into area of expertise and choose a specific topic: Business Games, Coding Games, Architecture Games, Digital Marketing Games, Finance Games, Engineering Games, HR Games, Life Sciences, Design Games, Mathematics in Physics.
DURING THE DAY:
Bonus events will be suggested on exhibition stands by local and international brands. For instance, over the last years, we welcomed Warner Bros, Mars One, ING, Deloitte, FC Barcelona, Vogue.
