A3C - Ageing, Climate Change and Citizenship

 

This activity is being developed within EUGLOH - the European University  Alliance for Global Health - a pilot initiative funded by the European Commission under the Erasmus+ Program and composed by 5 European Universities (University of Paris-Saclay, Lund University, University of Szeged, Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich and University of Porto) and is promoted by the University of Porto.

A3C – Ageing, Climate Change and Citizenship aims at promoting discussion, in groups, among Master and PhD students, gathering the 5 EUGLOH partners on innovative solutions for societal issues, such as Ageing, Climate Change and Citizenship, in line with the 2030 agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals.

During this 3-day online workshop, Master and PhD students will be able to discuss and share creative ideas and methodologies, and stimulate innovation, in relation to the interconnections of these topics and their relevance to the response to present economic, social and environmental challenges.

Through hands-on methodologies, case-studies combined with a personal development component, such as group dynamics, participants will anticipate future professional settings in an international and interdisciplinary environment and develop team spirit, creative and critical thinking, leadership and communication skills.

This activity will take place between the 15th and the 17th of July 2020, fully online. The 3-day intensive course will be preceded of a 2-hour session on the 8th of July, from 15h00 to 17h00 CET.


Work Language

Considering the transnational nature of the activity, the working language will be English.


Certification

3 ECTS credits; Certification of attendance.
